Based in Torbay, Ringmore Construction & Developments serves clients throughout Torquay, Paignton, Brixham and wider Devon with expert construction and property development services. Ringmore Construction & Developments is a team of experienced, qualified tradespeople based in Torbay, Devon.
Founded by childhood friends Mike and Dave who started playing rugby together at 10 years old, we are passionate about delivering high-quality buildings throughout our local area, combining decades of experience across all aspects of construction.
Construction - We're capable of managing projects from initial concept through to final completion, or working alongside other contractors to deliver exceptional workmanship across commercial, healthcare, residential, industrial, education and hospitality sectors. Our team includes MRICS chartered membership and qualified site managers (SMSTS), ensuring every project benefits from professional oversight and technical expertise.

I finished my business degree in 2012 and my construction degree at Galliford Try plc in 2018, whilst working on various residential projects.
After this I became the commercial director of a regional contractor, responsible for project/commercial management on small to multimillion pound projects.
I have a passion for discovering new construction technologies that are energy efficient and eco-friendly.
And I believe construction can be significantly less stressful for homeowners by being organised, positive, communicating well and working with like-minded people.
Currently I live in Paignton with my wife Briana and my two daughters. Outside of work you’ll either find me watching rugby, exploring Devon or planning new business opportunities.
My MRICS qualification and quantity surveying background mean I can spot potential problems before they become expensive ones. I've worked on everything from small renovations to large commercial developments across Devon, and I know what works (and what doesn't) when it comes to budgets and timelines.

I began my carpentry apprenticeship with national contractor ROK plc in 2007. I then worked for over a decade with a regional builder and completed my vocational construction degree.
During this time, I was responsible for managing many new build bespoke homes and refurbishments. This varied from building new blocks of flats, to working on busy wards at NHS Hospitals.
One of my biggest strengths throughout my construction career is an ability to solve problems that don't have an obvious solution!
I currently live in Torquay with my wife Sarah and my two boys. Things I love to do in my spare time are watching rugby, fishing and camping with family.
I've been on construction sites since leaving school, and my degree in construction site management gave me the technical knowledge to back up years of hands-on experience. I'm the one solving problems on-site when things don't go to plan - which on every building project, they inevitably don't.
